    Introduction

    Ceramic fiber fire baffle is a high-strength fiber plate produced with specific refractory additives. This product has tough texture, high compressive strength, excellent high temperature resistance and excellent supporting force; it can be used as a fire baffle in the temperature range of industrial kilns. Good heat resistant material. In addition, according to application requirements, there are vacuum-formed ceramic fiber board products with higher bulk density, and the heat insulation performance, wear resistance and strength of the board are further improved. The formula of the ceramic fiber fire baffle contains a small amount of organic binder to enhance its cold strength, and the organic matter can be burned at about 200 ℃ to 300 ℃ for the first time.
