    Introduction

    The ceramic fiber inorganic board, that is, the fiber board hardened by high-temperature calcination, can directly block the fire, and can prevent the board from dropping slag, corrosion and decay. The hardened fiber inorganic board will not smoke and blacken during use. There is also no pungent smell.and the board includes 6 levels: 1050℃, 1260℃, 1350℃, 1430℃, 1600℃, 1700℃and 1800℃. Ceramic fiber inorganic board can resist the scouring of airflow for its high strength, so it can be the material of internal linings.

    The usability of hydrophobic ceramic fiber inorganic board is really good under the condition of high moisture. Ceramic fiber inorganic board has excellent hydrophobicity after processing by specific techniques.

    Hengrui inorganic ceramic fiber board is made by using Hengrui ceramic fiber bulk and inorganic binding agent through vacuum forming. When using the board under the circumstance of high temperature, the pollution gas will not be generated.

    Recommended using temperature: In oxidizing or neutral atmosphere, 100 ~250℃ lower than the maximum service temperature, In reductive atmosphere, 200 ~350℃ lower than the maximum service temperature.
