PCW Board

Introduction

PCW Board is Made of polycrystalline mullite/alumina wool (PCW), the parts are a high-quality alternative for insulations of aluminosilicate wool (ASW) above 1500℃-1900℃, also known as ceramic fibre (RCF). Low ball content, minimal Shrinkage and high form stability of our material ensure a long service life and make it particularly economically efficient. Optionally, a particularly low-dust quality can be delivered as well.

Characteristics

1. Precise size and smooth surface.
2. Easy to cut and install, and convenient to construct.
3. Low impurity content; identical bulk density and thickness.
4. Excellent mechanical and structural strength.
5. Low thermal conductivity and low shrinkage.
6. Ability to resist the scouring of airflow.
