Ceramic fiber compound module and UNI-Block

Introduction

Hengrui ceramic fiber compound module is made of two different classification ceramic fiber blankets, which are folded or cut into pieces, laminated and processed by professional equipment. The compound module has the characteristics of economy and high temperature resistance. It has the advantages of accurate size and flat surface. It can be applied to the furnace lining of various ultra-high temperature thermal equipment. The product quality is reliable, the installation is fast and the thermal insulation performance is superior.

Hengrui ceramic fiber Uni-block is a special high-temperature refractory fiber material for furnace wall, which is laminated by cutting blocks of corresponding grade ceramic fiber blanket or Polycrystalline mullite fiber , and then pressed into blocks. The Uni-block can be bonded with the backing refractory material or ceramic fiber module with inorganic high-temperature binder, and the installation is simple and efficient. It can be used for repairing old kilns and hot surface materials of newly designed kilns. The Uni-block has three classification grades of 1430 HZ / 1500Cr / 1600 PMF. It is often used in ultra-high temperature thermal equipment in ceramics, steel, petrochemical and other industries. It can be used with other refractory materials to save energy and reduce emission.

Recommended using temperature: In oxidizing or neutral atmosphere, 100 ~250℃ lower than the maximum service temperature, In reductive atmosphere, 200 ~350℃ lower than the maximum service temperature.
